2003–2006: Started in Las Vegas during the pre-recession boom, closing hundreds of transactions and helping buyers and investors build wealth during the fastest appreciation in modern history.

 

2007–2011: Navigated the financial crisis firsthand in one of the hardest-hit markets in America—successfully completing over 45 short sales and helping distressed homeowners avoid foreclosure.

 

2012–2017: Built a referral-driven practice through steady market recovery, working with first-time buyers, investors, luxury clients, and relocations across the Las Vegas Valley.

 

2018–Present: Expanded to California, specializing in Northeast Los Angeles. Since launching in the LA market, I’ve closed 56 transactions totaling over $57 million in volume—bringing the same client-first approach that built a 350+ transaction practice in Nevada.

 

2023–Present: Adapting to the rate-adjusted market with creative financing strategies, seller concession negotiations, and off-market deal sourcing across nine NELA neighborhoods.
